To Our Valued Customers:
Update: Even though we have been able to continue our normal shipping standards by getting orders shipped out quickly from our facility, sometimes the same day orders are placed, we are seeing an increased delay in the shipping carriers getting packages from one location to the next. We want to ensure our customers that we are still actively monitoring all shipments like we normally do. We are actively in communications with all our shipping carriers on shipments when there are delays. With that said USPS has just informed us that on international shipments that normally take 1 to 3 weeks these will now take 4 to 6 weeks. They also said that there maybe sporadic domestic shipping delays as well.
We would first like to thank and let all the first responders & medical personnel know that you are in our thoughts.
The past several weeks have brought about changes to our daily lives that have never been seen in the past. As people around the world are taking steps to slow and stop the spread of Covid-19 we at So Goodly Apparel would like to share our health and safety steps that our staff takes to ensure the heath and safety of our customers when orders are made, bagged, tagged & packaged for shipment. Before orders are processed all staff washes their hands and uses hand sanitizer and per CDC guidelines are wearing face coverings. There is no eating or drinking by the staff working on order fulfillments at their work stations.
We know that there is an industry wide concern about product availability. We have multiple avenues of getting the quality of products that you have come to expect from So Goodly Apparel. In the event that there is a disruption to availability of an apparel item we have ensured that there is an alternate solution in getting that apparel item. We have access to fulfillment centers across the country and tens of thousands of garment selections that gives us a secure supply chain during this health crisis.
Covid-19 is a global crisis and we at So Goodly Apparel believe in a shared responsibility as members of a global community to do all we can to support public health as we all work together to overcome this challenge.
